**About the role**:
As the Sales Team Leader, you will inspire and lead the phone-based Consumer Sales Team, ensuring effective execution of our partnership sales call flow model. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Care, you will collaborate to enhance our Consumer Sales business and support our mission of making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
What you’ll be doing
Daily management and coaching of direct reports
Drive the Consumer Sales team to exceed revenue targets ethically
Implement processes for alignment, efficiency, and compliance
Ensure high-quality standards through monitoring and training
What we’re looking for
Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in B2C
Ability to motivate team to achieve targets
Cross-functional team and project management experience
Detail-oriented with strong process documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A passion for making a difference in the lives of our consumers
