THE OPPORTUNITY
We are now seeking an energetic, self -motivated individual, with strong communication & negotiation skills to support and oversee the Recoveries Dept.as a Team Leader.
This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, which will require an efficient and mature approach, whist working in a dynamic environment.

**Your key responsibilities in the role will be to**:

- Lead, mentor, motivate and manage a diverse team
- Manage day-to-day workload of team members
- Accurate data entry & system management providing stakeholders with timely and thorough reports
- Preparation of notifications, quotes and invoice request documents for recoverables'
- Effectively communicate with landlords to drive successful quotations
- Proactively assist in reviewing/resolving recoverables' differences i.e. 3rd party damage incurred costs
- Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders - City operations, finance departments, contractors in respect recoverables' rights and obligations.
- Support the City management team with ad hoc requests
- Ensure set targets and KPI’s are achieved

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience with the ability to lead a team - Essential
- Cert III / IV in Business - Highly regarded
- Strong Administration and IT skills in Database and systems management
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & MS Office - Essential
- Demonstrate superior organisational skills and ability to manage a range of tasks
- Have previously worked in an independent office environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Driven to succeed and able to achieve and exceed targets/KPIs
- High level of attention to detail
