**The Role**

In this role, you will acquire valuable skills and experience with a view to progress in your Worker’s Compensation / Insurance career. In our Workers compensation team, you will help our customers to manage their claims and protect what they value most. You will do this by providing a high standard of administrative and claims management support to the Workers Compensation Claims department.

As a Claims Support Officer, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as accurate and timely processing of accounts, reimbursements and weekly payments for health providers, Employers, and injured workers, registering new claims, answering phone enquires, management of daily mail, scanning and indexing.

You will build on your existing administrative and customer service skills, and we will provide you with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s claims, processes, and policies.

**Your Experience**

As a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support, you will enjoy being part of a professional and supportive Claims team. You will be able to utilise your fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as use your detailed and proactive approach to problem solving.

- Administration experience/knowledge of general business and administrative practices
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-player attitude
- Processing accounts for payment
