**Claims Officer | Perth, WA**
As a Claims Service Officer in our Personal Injury division you will deliver administration support to the wider claims management business unit relating to claims management tasks which are fundamentally required to ensure Claims Consultants have the tools to progress claims.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Assist with day-to-day duties of administration and claims management
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and high accuracy in respect to administration work
- Meet tight deadlines and maintain a systematic approach to work by exercising initiative and organising resources and effective time management
- Work effectively as part of a highly disciplined team and work independently on individual workloads
- Provide assistance with Quality Assurance Framework audits as required
**Important to your success**:
- Data entry experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Ability to process quickly and accurately, with good time management
- High attention to details
