The role of the Claims Support Officer will provide crucial support to case managers in maintaining registry of certificates, processing invoices, appointment management and any ad-hoc business needs in ensuring the success of the business and case managers.

**To be Successful for the role you will have**:

- High level of motivation
- High level of data entry and keyboard skills
- Intermediate use of all Microsoft Office packages (including excel)
- Communication skills in both written and verbal
- Customer Service skills with internal stake holders
- Resilience and perseverance
- Reliability
