Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with other departments for order fulfillment, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. The Warehouse Administrator will work closely with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of all products
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment across operations and order processing and fulfillment
  • Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Oversee the processing and despatch of goods
  • Assist with verifying and allocating invoices, checking and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse and logistics transactions, inventory and other related data
  • Effectively liaise with other departments for return of goods, delayed orders and/or any other issues that may arise
  • Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff as needed
  • Ensure warehouse and logistics activities strictly adheres and complies to WHS, quality and environmental standards
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Formal qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse/Logistics
  • Strong coordination and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to assess, respond to and resolve internal and external service issues quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS/ERP software, Infor M3 preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
  • Must be flexible in start time (6-7am)
