**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the design room team, to ensure adherence to the critical path.
- Allocate work in sample development, to ensure consistent workflow.
- Translate design concepts into final design stories that work cohesively.
- Manage the sampling of fabric orders and liaise with mills on fabric needs.
- Arrange contract workers for in-house sampling, if required.
- Conduct sourcing and fabric development for seasonal collections.
- Develop custom fabrics, print designs, têxtile designs, and knitwear designs.
- Source new and innovative materials and techniques, ensuring design integrity.
- Research new innovations and techniques to be implemented across the team.
- Complete final designs and have them ready for periodic design reviews.

**About You**:

- You will have 3-5 years of experience as a Design Room Manager.
- Experience with local & offshore production.
- You will have broad experience catering to global markets.
- You will have a high level of attention to detail and time management skills.
- You will have exceptional time management and interpersonal skills.
- You will extensive technical understanding of high-end garment construction.
