We're hiring a visionary Senior Design Director to lead luxury hotel interior design—someone with a proven track record of iconic projects, creative boldness, and the ability to balance art with commercial value.

Core Responsibilities

Lead luxury hotel design projects, delivering work that sets industry standards.

Drive boundary-pushing creativity to redefine luxury spatial aesthetics.

Leverage global high-end hotel market insight to balance art and commercial goals.

Coordinate across owners, management, internal teams, and specialists as a communication bridge.

Support team members in solving design, technical, and project management issues.

Assist leadership with department management and complete company-assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

more than 10 years in luxury hotel interior design and more than 5 years project management; experience leading large-scale projects end-to-end.

International design perspective, strong creative/scheme skills, and proficiency in design refinement.

Excellent design effect control, unique artistic insights, and ability to tailor designs to client needs.

Proven experience in high-quality project presentations to stakeholders.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills for fast-paced, multi-project environments.
