This individual will play an integral part in establishing the offerings and policies of Stake's Online Poker Rooms. Work closely with external vendors, service providers and even internal stakeholders such as Product Owners, Promotions Managers and Customer Service Agents to optimise Stake Poker. **Your role with us**: As our Poker Room Manager, you will be involved in establishing and reviewing the Cash Game offerings (including stakes, rake structure etc). You will also play a role in creating and maintaining tournament structures and schedules to maximise the guaranteed prizes and minimise the overlays. Keep a keen eye on suspicious results to help our Security team maintain a fair and secure environment.
