This is a critical role for CPL Group, a leading provider of integrated support, therapy and advice for people living with a disability with service centres across Queensland and in Northern NSW.

Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager, your role will be to support, maintain and monitor CPL Group's incident management system.
- This is an exciting role where you will be able to make your mark in high growth sector driven by the NDIS business environment_

**Responsibilities include**:

- Monitor incident data and quality to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work collaboratively to recommend and implement effective incident/risk processes.
- Ensure system accessibility by resolving any performance issues or incidents.
- Develop and maintain a suite of reports to support business decisions.
- Manage and ensure the relevant policies and procedures are maintained.
- Oversee the training of employees and/or leaders on processes and system functionality.

**Selection criteria includes**:

- Experience with RiskMan or similar incident management system.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to collate and interpret data, prepare reports and make recommendations.
- C class driving license.
- COVID-19 Full vaccination.
- Blue Card and NDIS Clearance to start.
