About the Role
These positions offer the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects. As a HSE Advisor, you'll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with all HSE requirements and contribute to continuous safety improvement across all stages of construction. *What's on Offer*

*Key Responsibilities*
- Provide HSE advice and support to project teams across civil works packages.
- Conduct HSE audits, site inspections, incident investigations, and deliver training and awareness sessions to promote a positive safety culture.
- Uphold and communicate company and client HSE standards, and implement targeted strategies to continuously improve safety performance.
- Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the HSE System, including maintaining key documentation and HSE registers.
- Ensure alignment with client-specific safety standards, procedures, and expectations, fostering strong site-level compliance and engagement
*About You*
- 3+ years' experience in a HSE Advisor role within the Civil Construction industry
- Minimum Certificate IV in OHS or higher.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of appropriate Australian Safety legislation, standards and codes.
- Demonstrated ability in advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
