We are currently seeking skilled and motivated HSE professionals for upcoming opportunities with our trusted clients delivering large scale civil infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Queensland. These roles will suit safety advisors who are passionate about maintaining high standards, fostering a strong safety culture, and working on meaningful projects across regional and remote locations.

About the Role

These positions offer the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects. As a HSE Advisor, you'll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with all HSE requirements and contribute to continuous safety improvement across all stages of construction. *What's on Offer*

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide HSE advice and support to project teams across civil works packages.
  • Conduct HSE audits, site inspections, incident investigations, and deliver training and awareness sessions to promote a positive safety culture.
  • Uphold and communicate company and client HSE standards, and implement targeted strategies to continuously improve safety performance.
  • Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the HSE System, including maintaining key documentation and HSE registers.
  • Ensure alignment with client-specific safety standards, procedures, and expectations, fostering strong site-level compliance and engagement

*About You*

  • 3+ years' experience in a HSE Advisor role within the Civil Construction industry
  • Minimum Certificate IV in OHS or higher.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of appropriate Australian Safety legislation, standards and codes.
  • Demonstrated ability in advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
