**The Opportunity**:
Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level? We're seeking a Compliance Advisor whose role will be to support the Manager Compliance Advisory and will operate across both iSelect and CTM. The role is primarily responsible for incident and breach management activities including development and delivery of incident and breach management compliance training programs and frameworks to enhance awareness and accountability across both organisations.
- Develop and maintain incident and breach management policies, frameworks, and procedures.
- Deliver compliance training programs to enhance awareness and accountability across the organisation.
- Oversee the identification, management, and documentation of incidents and breaches, collaborating with stakeholders to improve controls and monitor issues and actions.
- Co-ordinate, monitor and oversight rectification and remediation activities, including reporting to relevant forums and management committees.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis to assess the impact of breaches on compliance requirements and make recommendations for uplift of compliance practices.
- Assess incidents for potential financial, reputational, and regulatory impact as part of the second line of defense compliance oversight.
- Ensure timely regulatory reporting and escalate breaches to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.

**About you**:

- Compliance experience in a relevant industry and strong understanding of regulatory obligations, frameworks and guidelines.
- Communication skills to translate complex regulations into practical business advice and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Experience with GRC’s, compliance monitoring tools and risk management frameworks.
- Ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of incidents and breaches.
