Description:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Earn commission on every product you sell
- This role is up to 37.5 hours per week, permanent 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Saturday on a rotating shift.
- You will learn about our products and services and become confident in assisting our customers in making an informed decision.
- Taking inbound calls from customers and assisting with the sign-up process.
- Data entry of customer details into CMS systems, and record keeping.
- Set personal goals and strive to achieve these.
Skills and Experiences:
What we're looking for
- NO experience in sales or a call centre necessary.
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire to make a difference in the lives of the people you interact with.
- General computer skills and confidence to speak on the phone.
- Eagerness to learn and develop your skills further.
- Ability to think innovatively and challenge existing norms to change the game.
