Inbound Sales Consultant

Aussie Broadband’s purpose is to change the game. As one of our Inbound Sales Consultants you'll provide support to our sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers of Aussie Broadband.

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on the night team. The shifts are Monday to Friday, from either 1pm to 9pm or 2pm to 10pm, with no weekend work required.

How will you support our “Why?”

The Residential Sales Consultant provides support to sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers of Aussie Broadband.

You’ll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:
- Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures- Maximising revenue and achieving commission through selling procedures-
- Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.- Meeting the required sales targets based upon opportunity.- Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems- Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
