At Ecostar Double Glazing, we’ve been upgrading homes with our energy efficient windows and doors since 1979. We believe in a greener future, exceptional customer service, and unparalleled quality. We are searching for an Inbound Telesales Consultant who is ready to make an impact and build lasting relationships with customers.

**What you will be doing**
- Call and qualify all booked appointments and make sure they are set up to give our sales team the best chance of success
- Organise the days of our design consultants and make sure that we have a full day booked in for the team, and manage changes to their days
- You will handle fresh enquiries and calls, chat with potential clients and book them in for free design consultations, as well as rebook potential clients who we couldn’t see the first time round

**What we are looking for**
- 1-2 years experience in Telesales
- Confidence on the phone and the ability to tailor your style to different personalities
- Comfortable navigating a CRM system
- Problem solver and multitasker: you thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
- Positive mindset: you love building relationships with customers, embrace challenges and approach every day with enthusiasm
- Proven track record in maintaining KPIs and hitting targets
- Open to full time and part time, must be available to work Saturday mornings (on a rotating roster)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
