The Inbound Residential Sales Consultant provides support to sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers of Aussie Broadband.

How will you support our “Why?”
The Residential Sales Consultant provides support to sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers of Aussie Broadband.
You’ll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:
- Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures-
- Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision- Maximising revenue through selling procedures- Meeting the required sales targets and KPI’s which are set out upon employment- Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems- Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
