**To be considered for this role, you will have Australian Citizenship and obtain a NV1 Security Clearance as a minimum.**

**Your new role**

You’ll be a vital member of the team, performing tasks within the warehouse environment. These duties may include but not limited to:
Ensure that the Supply Chain and Maintenance teams are delivering to scope and schedule.
- Work with functional managers to ensure consistency of service delivery.
- Accountable and responsible for service delivery within allocated budget.
- Accountable for local policy/process and procedures.
- Ensure that all relevant contracted requirements and metrics are measured and met.
- Support the Program and Project Management community with input and advice.
- Responsible for process improvement initiatives and develop value for money business cases.
- Manage priorities and issues and ensure that the operational team meets outcomes.
- Work with the L3H functional teams to deliver an effective outcome.
- Responsible for the routine facility, security, and safety requirements.
- Provide support to L3H bids and proposals as required.
- Ensure the highest levels of team engagement and satisfaction.
- Grow and develop team culture and have succession planning in place for key roles.
- Ensure effective personnel management including performance plans.
- Contribute to the Leadership of Sustainment Programs.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in an Operations Management role within Defence Industry will lead to your success. You’ll need to have a strong understanding of WHS procedures in an operational environment and have proven experience in managing teams, KPI’s and contractual deliveries in Defence industry. They’re seeking someone who is open to learn and has strong communication skills.
