**About the role**
- This role will provide advice and support to the General Manager in driving improvements in HSE performance through the alignment and delivery of programs and the identification and management of HSE risks across the business.

**About You**

You will draw on your diverse skills and previous experience to create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have:

- Degree qualified in Health, Safety & Environment, or equivalent
- Lead Auditor qualification, or equivalent
- Incident investigation trained to a senior level (preferably ICAM)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE Management in a high-risk industry
- Demonstrated capability to develop and implement HSE management systems
- Thorough knowledge of AS 4801, ISO 9001 / 14001, ISO 31000
- Experienced in leading incident investigations
- Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft office)
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
