We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our client who is a leading business logistics service provider in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing service and staff performance, client relationships and help in optimising the costs and efficiency of continuing operations. As the on-site representative of the client, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of both mailroom services, reception services and workforce presentation, along with ensuring that each employee is performing their duties in a correct, efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- To act as senior point of contact to manage overall performance of client sites.
- Completion of client reporting and delivery/presentation to clients in a timely manner.
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly client review meetings.
- Prepare and maintain client site operations manuals and site-specific material.
- Project management of transition and implementation requirements and operational setup for new clients and new services.
- Develop a high performing culture with engaged employees and strong commitment to customer service.
- Assist in establishing and managing effective training and induction plans.
- Manage team rosters, team meetings and training of new staff.
- Manage all the reports using MS Office.
- To meet and overcome operational and service delivery challenges.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial data and other input are provided to the finance and administration teams.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar team oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Eligibility to live and work in Australia.
