Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chapter Lead, Delivery to join our Sydney team. As the custodian of Mirvac Digital’s delivery capability, the Chapter Lead, Delivery will play a key role in building out scrum & delivery capabilities to enable teams to deliver value across the organisation. As well as leading a team, you will be embedded within the teams helping to advance outcomes by using your experience to maximise team performance, standardisation and quality in critical programs of work.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to;
Contribute to the delivery of business outcomes and value across Mirvac by facilitating the development of agile delivery teams at scale.
Champion modern delivery techniques both within the delivery team and more broadly across Digital and the Business.
Maintain the set of standards and delivery frameworks in place, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ensure effective delivery governance is in place across all projects/initiatives/product teams.
Build, coach, and develop a high performing team that embraces quality and customer centricity, attracting and retaining high quality talent for the organisation whilst also leveraging partner ecosystems where required to augment skills and capacity.
Develop strong vendor partner relationships that both support and enhance the delivery capability, and leverage scalability, cost efficiency, and skills our partner organisations can bring to bear.
Provide thought leadership to the business in how modern delivery techniques can be leveraged to delivery value and outcomes incrementally.
Responsible for the delivery capability OKRs.

Your point of difference

10+ years in delivery roles in large complex organisations.
5+ years leading teams.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and engagement up to executive level.
Excellent understanding of controls and governance to support effective delivery.
Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for how technology can deliver business value.
Strong knowledge in agile delivery methodologies.
