- Data: understand critical data points and drive key product insights
- Industry: subject matter expert within the Payments Acquiring domain, competitor landscape, and technology trends
- Business: strong financial leadership and deep subject experience of the legal and regulatory environment including risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Product: subject matter expert within eCommerce product and propositions
- 5-7 years of Product Management experience within the Payments Domain
- Lead and develop the capability of product managers within the chapter, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development
- Collaborate with Crew Leads and Product Owners to align chapter skills with quarterly planning and delivery objectives
- Contribute to delivery within your assigned squad, ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives and customer outcomes
- Facilitate cross-chapter collaboration and uplift chapter maturity through knowledge sharing and problem solving
- Knowledge and experience in payments or merchant acquiring (preferred but not essential)
- Risk Mindset - All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
