**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can manage relationships with existing SME customers to ensuring growth opportunities are maximised whilst also ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Achieve company sales targets by retaining direct SME customers that have a Novated Employer relationship and identifying new business growth opportunities from existing customers to cross sell products.
- Develop and own a sales pipeline of opportunities including employee leads, and end of lease expiries to deliver new business writings.
- Build and manage relationships with existing customers and employers that offer Novated leasing to their employees through regular contact strategy.
- Identify new opportunities within current customer base through business reviews and customer meeting.
- Complete generic engagement sessions and training with groups of employees to generate new incremental sales opportunities.
- Ensure all systems are updated with customer details, authorised contacts and employee opportunity sizing.
- Provide value added market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing department including customer, competitor and product feedback to improve our value proposition to win.
- Upload and maintain relevant customer data in Salesforce and other operating systems to capture all opportunities and customer communication holistically.
- Other duties as required.
**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in B2B account management or inside sales orientated role. Novated, Fleet management and leasing, automotive or broker industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability in exceeding sales targets and retaining and growing portfolio’s with superior customer service.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM Salesforce or equivalent.
- Proven consultative and solution-based selling skills preferably through partners or to small business.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and sell on value not price.
- Results driven and target focussed and able to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability in managing complex environments and situations.
- Strong experience and demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and proactively communicate to meet SLA’s and customer expectations.
- The ability to think strategically and pragmatically at all times.
- Strong analytical skills high level attention to detail.
- Work closely with all team members to provide the optimal service to our clients
**Desired**
- Novated Industry experience is advantage.
- Completed tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as management, sales and marketing, and/or industry specific qualifications desirable
