Novated Operations Lead
About the role
The purpose of this role is to lead the development and growth of AGL’s Novated Subscription product to complement AGL’s existing eMobility offerings.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work in an entrepreneurial cross-functional team that seeks to rapidly experiment and bring to market a proposition that enables customers to access Electric Vehicles (EVs).
In this role, you will be working within our eMobility team, working closely with our fleet manager, product manager, digital marketing, operations, customer support staff, and commercial analysts to help rapidly deliver a product to market and scale.
You will be responsible for the execution of our Novated EV Subscription product, developing partnerships with clients (employers) to offer the product, and managing B2B and commercial relationships.
Key accountabilities of this role- Establishing and optimizing processes for the end-to-end Novated Subscription product offering- Ensuring accurate and timely tax and accounting capabilities for the product- Overseeing fringe benefits tax calculation and reporting for AGL Novated Subscription clients- Providing payroll advice to clients (employers) regarding AGL Novated Subscriptions- Managing client onboarding, delivering individualized quotes, and maintaining commercial relationships for Novated Subscriptions, including technical support and invoicing
Qualifications, key skills, and experience required- Deep understanding of FBT as it applies to the novated leasing of electric vehicles- Experience preparing and delivering reporting and commercial documentation for novated leasing including quotes, payroll advice, FBT reports, operating lease agreements, novation agreements and invoicing- Excellent analytical skills including high proficiency in Excel and financial modelling- Sophisticated client management skills including business development and relationship management- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally within a large organisation
