**Your opportunity**

Are you driven by a passion for health, nutrition, and effective communication? Dairy Australia is looking for a skilled **Communications Advisor - Health** to lead our engagement with health professionals and nutrition influencers. In this **part-time role (3-4 days/week),** you’ll help bring evidence-based messages to life—shaping conversations around dairy’s role in a healthy, sustainable diet.

**About the Role**

As a key member of our Communications team, you’ll support the development and implementation of targeted communications and campaigns that engage health professionals and other key influencers. You’ll help translate complex nutrition science into compelling messages and resources that resonate with audiences and drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development of health influencer strategies and campaigns
- Create and deliver educational and engagement activities for health professionals
- Develop evidence-based content for channels including digital and social media and print
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with health influencer bodies and individuals
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement
- Act as a spokesperson for media and campaign initiatives as needed

**About You**

You’re a confident communicator with a background in **nutrition and/or dietetics**, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a passion for evidence-based health messaging.

**You’ll also bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition, Dietetics, Communications or related field
- Experience in health communications, public health campaigns or stakeholder engagement
- Strong writing and content development skills across digital and traditional platforms
- Ability to translate scientific information into accessible, engaging content
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
