**Deliverables**:

- Deliver and implement strategic communications and stakeholder engagement that supports business objectives and major projects.
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic and tactical communications outputs that align with the organisation's purpose and mission and contribute to a powerful and compelling narrative.
- Support the Communications team leaders to action strategic priority projects and successfully deliver agreed outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a suite of communications materials in support of internal teams including People; Philanthropy; Strategy, Advocacy and Partnerships; Equity and Inclusion; and Transformation (including researching and creating content for publications, brochures, presentations, templates, Blog content, digital assets).
- Under the Direction of the Senior Communications and Engagement Advisor, develop Communications materials that keep the organisation engaged and informed and connected to the organisation's values and purpose
- The roll will specifically be supporting the People team as the organisation moves through a period of change and disruption.

**About you**:
You will have excellent written skills, the ability to translate complex and technical content into plain language and the ability to tailor engaging messages to diverse audiences. You will also have the ability to manage workloads and meet tight timeframes. A background in journalism or workign in government will be looked on favourably but are by no means mandatory.
