About the role

About the opportunity

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Communications Advisor will be responsible for amplifying the organisation’s brand and service offerings, improving internal employee engagement and supporting key recruitment communications.

The role will also focus on planning communications across various platforms, media management, community management, insights & analytics and understanding the market and competitive environment.

A day in the life as the Communications Advisor with CareChoice, some of your key tasks include:

- Contribute to the development of the internal and client communication plan. Lead delivery of internal communication.
- Ensure communication and messaging aligns with the brand and value proposition
- Develop content and continuously improve marketing communications across all channels including social media and CRM
- Community Management
- Create innovative communications and campaigns
- Provide ROI metrics and reporting

Accountabilities
- Compliance with Policies and Procedures
- The Communication Advisor must comply with industry standards, legal requirements and established company policies and procedures.

Total Quality Management
- The Communication Advisor is required to meet quality standards through compliance with the organization policies and procedures. It is the expectation and responsibility to minimise the number of errors, inconsistencies and non-conformances within the individual’s sphere of control.

- Ideally, you’ll have:_
- Strong CRM experience on a platform such as Campaign Monitor, Marketing Cloud, MailChimp or HubSpot
- Proven 5 years plus in communication / marketing role
- Strong digital and social media management expertise
- Well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing content and developing marketing materials for a range of audiences and channels
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Sound presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and in a team
- A pleasant, professional manner with a genuine customer service focus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Ability to quickly source and disseminate information
- Strong commercial acumen and reporting capabilities
- Qualifications required_
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
