Public Sector People, in partnership with our client, a leading organisation in the public sector, is currently seeking a talented and driven Communications and Engagement Advisor to join their dynamic team. With a contract length from ASAP start until the end of August, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact.

**Job Title**: Communications and Engagement Advisor

**Responsibilities**:
As a Communications and Engagement Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and the wider community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Communication planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans to effectively deliver key messages and achieve strategic objectives.
- Internal communications: Facilitating clear and consistent internal communications to foster a positive organizational culture and engage employees.
- Preparing communication materials: Creating compelling content, including written materials, presentations, and digital media, to effectively communicate key initiatives and messages.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong communication planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Experience in delivering internal communications and engaging employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in preparing high-quality communication materials, both written and visual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
