Sharp & Carter are delighted to be partnering with an amazing purpose led organization in their search for a Communications Advisor.

This position will engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to provide strategic and practical communications support and advice. Supporting the Senior Communications Lead, the position will develop and deliver both external and internal communications strategies and activities, including the corporate content calendar, media relations and community facing projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of an internal communications strategy and approach to support organisational growth, change and business objectives
- Drive an internal communications approach that promotes positive corporate identity and builds consistent understanding of the business's objectives and values to assist with the positive engagement of employees
- Provide content development support and strategic communications advice for key external communications projects
- Provide copywriting, proofing and editing expertise for external materials, channels and mediums such as website, printed and digital publications, scripts and speeches
- Drive development, production and delivery of key corporate documents such as the Annual Report, brochures and fact sheets as required
- Provide strategic and operational support to the broader team, including leadership, developing communication strategies and implementing their respective action plans

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
- High level of experience in strategic and innovative communication and stakeholder engagement, and superior understanding of communication methodologies.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills - ability to communicate, engage and cultivate relationships with other teams and at senior/ELT levels of the business.
- Proven ability to develop and implement communications plans.
- Innovative mindset and ability to constantly challenge the status quo.
