
Administration and Bookings Assistant

Pro Seal QLD Pty Ltd is looking for an Administration and Bookings Assistant to join our expanding team. We provide quality caulking and waterproofing services, primarily working with top home builders within the Greater Brisbane region. You'll be working with our Director, Accounts Manager and onsite installers to assist with the day-to-day functions of our waterproofing/caulking team.
**The Role**:
You will liaise with a variety of clients including the Site Managers of major home builders within our region. You will provide assistance with the booking and scheduling of a variety of jobs.
You’ll have outstanding organisational skills that will allow you to effectively book in and schedule jobs to our team of installers. Your personable demeanor and confidence will allow you to build positive working relationships with our team members, supervisors and all clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Confirm the status of upcoming jobs and ensure sites are ready for our installers
- Schedule daily jobs to our team of subcontractors using our job management system
- Track the progress of jobs and organise return to site visits if required
- Proactively assist other team members in achieving Pro Seal QLD’s objectives
**Essential skills we are looking for**:
- Previous experience in scheduling and administration is essential
- Previous customer service experience, preferably with other businesses as well as with the general public
- Can work under pressure and make fast/logical decisions
- You are confident and get along with people of all levels
- You’re a solid written and verbal communicator
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
