**About SOS**
SOS | Services On Site has, for more than 20 years, specialised in providing Home & Office Services to General Consumers, Aged Care clients and Participants within the NDIS. SOS is an Approved Provider with the NDIA.
You will be part of a small team of professionals working in our air conditioned and modern offices at Seven Hills, with onsite parking and also located a 5 minute walk from the train station. There are nearly 40 SOS Team members in the field servicing SOS clients all over the Greater Sydney Area and the NSW Central West with an office in Bathurst.
You will be supported by the SOS Management Team who have a wealth of business experience, providing these services since 2002. Due to our growth we are looking for a Customer Service and Administration professional to join our team. This role is 4-5 days per week ideally between 9am and 5pm.
**About the Role**
The role is very dynamic in that there is constant contact between Yourself, Clients and the SOS Field Team. The dynamics of the role mean you thrive on day to day scheduling challenges and have a fierce determination to solve challenges. Due to the expected continued growth of SOS, you must be willing to grow and learn various aspects of the business.
Your primary functions would be:
- Liaise with various SOS clients, NDIS Support Coordinators and SOS Field Teams
- Assist in the Rostering/ Scheduling of jobs utilising our Customer Management System (CMS) to
- Ensure the right number of staff are scheduled to work at the right time in the right locations
- Reschedule cover of unplanned changes in staff availability
- Effective communication to all parties involved with any changes or updates to the roster
- Maintain the CMS and effectively update and monitor client and Team Member records
- Maintaining and updating daily tasks and procedures of the office as necessary to ensure constant improvement within the office environment
- Demonstrated ability to undertake detailed work & maintain information within CMS with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to thrive under tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Admin Experience preferred
- Must have Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Must have COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate
- Must have a current National Police Check
- Must be a proactive Team Player and yet work autonomously
- Must speak fluent English and be able to comprehend a client’s questions over the phone
- Must be a multitasking superstar and be highly organised
- Must be able to time manage and prioritise tasks with ease
