**The Role**:
CDC NSW is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Seven Hills. Reporting to the Payroll Manager and being part of the CDC NSW People & Culture team, this role will be responsible for all functions associated with the preparation and completion of each authorized pay run. This role will assist in compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions for remittance and preparing monthly and quarterly reporting. You will also be assisting employees with payroll and entitlements queries.

This is a 3 month fixed term contract opportunity with a strong possibility of extension due to business growth. Role is based at our Seven Hills head office with on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage payment processes and dissemination of payslips and payroll communications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collate and oversee the collation of payroll data from timesheets, spreadsheets and a time and attendance system.
- Maintain accurate superannuation records and update employee information as required.

**About You**:
You will have below skills, attributes and experience which are essential to succeed in this role:

- Sound experience with time and attendance systems.
- Demonstrated IT proficiency (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience in Micropay highly desirable.
- Strong customer service and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ‘Can Do’ attitude and ability to work autonomously.
