**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conducting Accounts Payable and Receivable Duties- Managing business growth documents such as cash flow- Completing month-end and year-end reconciliation procedures- Supporting C-Level employees with their projects- Carrying out Data Entry tasks- Collating documents, agendas, reports and correspondence for stakeholders, meetings, and forums- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the finance department- Maintaining & organising electronic and hard copy filing systems- Special Projects as and when required**Key Company Expectations**:

**Essential**:
- Proven track record in Administration
- Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
- Be able to work in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work well with computers, software, and technology
- Driven and highly motivated professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative
- Positive can-do attitude, strong communicator, trustworthy, a team player and willing to give anything a go
- An individual with a high degree of accuracy and coordination in the tasks they conduct
- Passion for numbers, accounts, and administration
- Organisational and time-management skills
**Desirable**:
- Experience in Xero and Microsoft Suite (especially excel) is favoured
- Bookkeeping experience is not required but favoured
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting completed or wanting to complete is a bonus*
