**About the role**:
We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Payable/Banking Clerk to join our national finance team based in the Gold Coast. This role is responsible for accounts payable transactions, banking transactions, and general administrative duties as per our guidelines and procedures.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Process, verify and manage supplier invoices
- Supplier set up and maintenance
- Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Reconciliation of statements
- Manage cash reimbursement queries
- Receipting of payments
- Processing customer refunds

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Accounts payable or receivable experience preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Great time management and organisation skills
- Team player but can also work autonomously
- Previous experience with SAP and Readsoft preferred
