Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounts Team. Reporting to the Human Resource/ Payroll Officer, this role is an integral part of the finance team and works closely with other departments to ensure that our Accounts Payable process is administered in line with our compliance requirements.

This is a fast-paced role that will see you delivering exceptional administrative support to the wider team. A typical week in this role looks like:

- Raising Purchase Orders and following up approvals from Titans colleagues
- Processing invoices into Xero
- Preparation of batch payment files
- Reconciliation of some related accounts
- Preparation of spreadsheets as required
- Assisting with administrative support as and when needed

**About You**

You will ideally have:

- Proficiency in the use of XERO would be advantageous
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Microsoft Office experience, particularly with Outlook and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- The flexibility to work on Titans home game days helping with game day activations as part of the broader team
