Scheduler and Office Administrator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Scheduler and Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of technicians who provide plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling services to clients.
- Manage the daily service schedule for field technicians.
- Prioritize and allocate job requests to the appropriate technicians based on expertise, location and availability.
- Monitor the progress of jobs and make real-time adjustments to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointment times, provide updates on service schedules and address any changes or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, technician assignments and client interactions in our scheduling system.
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and work to resolve them to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Assist in optimizing service routes to maximize technician productivity and minimize travel time.
- Rostering on call / RDO’s Other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Coordinate the whole job process from start to finish.
- Invoicing and Ordering materials
- Liaising with subcontractors
**Experience**
- Service Co-ordination, Scheduling, or General Administration experience within ANY form of trade industry such as Plumbing, Electrical, Construction.
- Effective communication and computer skills
- Experience with Service M8 and Xero will be preferred.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday starting at 7.00 AM to 3:30 PM
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
