
Administrative Assistant

In the role of Administrative Assistant at The Energy Alliance, you will be working together with our administration and customer service teams to support the sales team and other parts of the business. You will play a vital role in the management of administrative tasks and data entry - tracking, updating, and administering all aspects of our day-to-day processes.
It is our expectation that you will process all administration tasks assigned and follow the sales process closely - ensuring 99% accuracy and 100% completion of required CRM data. The role offers diversity by having elements of data entry, working as a team with the sales resources, customer service, and data qualification.
Working with a close-knit team your role will include but is not limited to:
- Liaising with clients and the sales team
- Working closely with our partners, both energy and metering
- Preparing contracts and following all assigned sales through to completion
- Manage the sales process on our CRM, update daily, and maintain all sections
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
