As a **Customer Experience Specialist Trainee**, you'll be learning every step of the way. From product knowledge to the intricacies of sales and aftercare, this role offers the perfect foundation for a future in the automotive industry. **What You’ll Learn**:

- **Sales and support skills**—from handling inquiries to guiding customers through test drives and sales documentation.

**About You**:

- Have a strong interest or hands-on experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- You're eager to learn and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
- You’re excited by the products we sell and the idea of being part of the automotive industry.
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident using MS Office and digital tools.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy multitasking.
- You’re available to work Saturdays with a day in lieu during the weekday
- Hold a valid driver’s licence.
