We are seeking **Online Customer Experience Specialist Trainee **to join our team at our **Greystanes location**. As part of our **stellar Business Development Centre (BDC)**, you’ll be at the heart of the action and the friendly voice to keep the engines running smoothly while ensuring every customer leaves with a smile

As the **Online Customer Experience Specialist Trainee**, you'll be learning every step of the way. From product knowledge to the intricacies of sales and aftercare, this role offers the perfect foundation for a future in the automotive industry. Our mission is to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and we’re ready to help you learn and grow alongside us

**Your role in the Learner driver seat will see you master**:

- **Comprehensive product knowledge**—we’ll teach you all about our incredible vehicles.
- **Customer engagement**— hone your ability to connect with customers and deliver memorable service.
- **Sales and support skills**—from handling inquiries to qualifing leads for appointment bookings and support digital sales through phone (outbound and inbound), and web channels guiding customers and sales documentation.
- **Master digital tools**— leverage our online platforms to enhance the customer experience.
- **Team collaboration**—you’ll work across teams to offer customers a seamless, flexible buying experience, whether in-store or online.

**You’ll show**:
- A strong interest or hands-on experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- You're eager to learn and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
- You’re excited by the products we sell and the idea of being part of the automotive industry.
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident using MS Office and digital tools.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy multitasking.
- **Ability to work across a 7 day rotating roster**
