**About the role**

Reporting to the Retail Centre Manager and based at our Trivett Automotive Retail site in **Artarmon**, the Customer Experience Specialist Trainee plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. You will be representing **Subaru,** as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

In this role you will be responsible for learning, developing and implementing the various functions of a Customer Experience Specialist, whilst displaying the exceptional standards of customer service to ensure that Trivett Automotive Retail is the most customer centric automotive retailer in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn and develop product knowledge to deliver comprehensive and informative demonstrations to customers.
- Provide a high standard of customer service for in-store queries, supporting the team in addressing questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
- Learn and develop the ability to clearly explain product benefits and features to build strong customer relationships, using interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs.
- Help to prepare and process sales contracts as needed.
- Assist with customer trade-ins and document processing on delivery day.

You will also bring:

- Strong interest or experience in sales, retail and/or automotive industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
- Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
