We are seeking a dynamic **Retail Customer Experience Specialist** to join our team at **Penrith**
- We operate from Monday to Saturday, however Saturday is a rotating roster so you can experience flexibility with a rotating roster that allows you to enjoy your weekends off; and maximize work-life balance_

**The role**

This role provides an exceptional customer experience and serves as one of our Customers main contact points throughout their journey with bravoauto. This is a rewarding role with plenty of room to grow.

**You don’t need automotive experience Here is what we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment where you have engaged face to face and online customer service, we will train the rest
- Ability to maintain high standards focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, getting details right, and displaying professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with our customers as you will be executing test drives; delivery; handover; and check-ins with the customer after purchase.
- Valid driver's licence
- **Permanent - FULL TIME or PART TIME availability**
