**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Construction & Strategy - Equities, this role will provide professional support to the wider Equities teams within our Investments department. You will Work closely with other Team Coordinators in Equities to provide a consistent level of coordination across the relevant teams.
Some of your duties will include:
- Provide administrative support services, including the organisation of conferences, conference calls, team meetings, catering and travel arrangements
- Management of the team’s meeting schedule ensuring prioritization and diary management support.
**What you’ll need**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities within specified time frames.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, co-ordinate tasks, set priorities and operate independently.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, proven ability to initiate, maintain and manage relationships with peers, with the objective of gaining cooperation and meeting timelines for the delivery of advice.
- Well developed written and oral communication skills including proven experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and ability to develop and maintain rapport across all organisational levels.
