**About The Role**:
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Compare the Market is on the lookout for a dynamic Organisational Change Specialist to join our passionate team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our organisation to successfully navigate a period of considerable growth and expansion.

Partnering with leaders across the business, you'll drive the successful adoption and embedment of organisational change. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a range of exciting and high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives, contributing your critical expertise to support our culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute change management plans to engage employees and drive adoption of organisational change.
- Lead and manage engagement and communication activities using established Project or Change Management methodologies.
- Prepare and deliver various communications, including workshops and meetings, to project team members and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Track and manage stakeholder activities and issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing professional leadership, guidance, and support.
- Equip leaders with tools and templates to enhance operational change capabilities.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in change management, business, psychology, or similar discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- A relevant qualification in Change and/or Project Management would be well regarded.
- Experience implementing organisation-wide initiatives from a change, engagement, and communications perspective.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement to deliver high-performance outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write for various genres and audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to work autonomously, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Highly developed digital skills, experienced with Google Suite, Slack, and intranet tools.
