**About this opportunity**

Home Instead are in the process of centralising their recruitment function, which means the team is growing The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an integral role in the success of this transition to a centralised function. First and foremost, they will partner with the business by providing, high-volume recruitment support, advice and efficient service to stakeholders across several Home Instead corporate sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with different Home Instead corporate sites to understand their hiring needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop, implement and review strategies for high-volume caregiver recruitment and retention
- Create and maintain relationships with external employment and community organisations

**About you**
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment would be preferred
- Qualification in Business/HR is advantageous but not necessary
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with Fountain preferred but not necessary)
- Experience creating reports and analysing data to drive recruitment outcomes

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
