**About the Venue**:
A good-time sandwich bunker that focuses on simple and delicious daytime fare. Drawing inspiration from sandwich shops and cafes, it supplies a selection of sandwiches, salads and bespoke pastries, paired with espresso coffee & nutritious juices plus some wine & beer options. Located next to the Museum of Sydney.

**About the Role**:
As Assistant Cafe Manager, you’ll help lead a high-performing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining standards, and delivering outstanding service. From motivating the team to managing reports and compliance, your impact will be felt across every service. If you’re organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about great guest and team experiences, this is your opportunity to step up and make your mark.

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- At least 1 year of cafe management experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Bring positive energy and strong leadership skills
- Have an eye for detail and take pride in venue presentation
- Are confident with systems, reporting, and compliance
- Stay calm under pressure and are highly organised
- Hold a current RSA and understand compliance requirements
- Are eager to grow your career in leadership
