**What the opportunity involves**:
We seek an Assistant Facilities Manager to join us.

**Responsibilities include**:
Undertaking tasks within risk management, contractor management, and maintenance services of the Properties to the levels required by the Client, JLL and Legislation, and doing this in a cost-effective manner that delivers value for money to the owners’ investment.

Undertake risk management duties.
Manage contractor inductions.
Undertake WHS activity.
Supervise cleaning staff to maintain the standards required by the Company and Client.
Managing maintenance schedules.
Work with the FM to prepare specifications and preventative maintenance schedules for a rolling twelve-month plan to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Assist the FM with
Assist the Senior Engineering Manager with required data to periodically re-tender service agreements and contracts using QIC contracts and JLL specifications.
assist the FM with monthly reporting and financial forecasts.
Attend all meetings, training seminars and conferences as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
You have a trade background. Or worked as a trade assistant for a min of 2 years. Or experience in a facilities management role.
You have demonstrated the required skills and looking for a career change.
