We have an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Facility Manager to join our Tip Top Team based at our site in Springwood. Reporting to the Reliability Manager, you will work in a hands-on role with supervisory capacity to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering and maintenance tasks for the site.

Purpose of the Role
- Utilise and develop Mex CMMS in managing all preventive, corrective and breakdowns across all related activities ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
- Oversee and control the engagement of contractors in accordance with the company policy to undertake facilities related works.
- Support site reliability manager in developing annual budget submissions for site facilities requirements.
- Manage and be first point of contact for facility breakdowns.
- Maintain high safety awareness by ensuring all relevant contractors are correctly licenced and insured in line with the companies permit to work procedures.

About You
- Experience in a similar role
- Diploma in Facility Management is desirable although not essential
- FMCG or other fast paced production/manufacturing experience would be highly regarded
- Trades background is beneficial although not required
- Contractor management experience is advantageous
