**What this opportunity involves**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Facilities Management professional looking to partner with a respected Government client account. In this role, you will support the Senior Facilities Manager and wider account team in coordinating all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the occupier and client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded

Carry out building inspections and complete associated reports within the timeframe for the portfolio

Ensure compliance with regulations/ requirements of client contract and all facilities procedures

Manage administration and organisation of information for analysis and presentation to senior management

Confirm all maintenance work orders are completed on time to a high standard

Ensure all working environments meet requisite WH&S standards

Assist with ongoing budgeting requirements for the portfolio

Corrigo work order management

Asset and PMRM validation

You will have proven facilities management experience in a commercial environment and you’re ready to push your career forward managing a high-profile portfolio.

Excellent communication skills are important
- both written and spoken - and we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines.
