**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager you will be a team player working on site with a leading engineering software client.

You will assist in providing daily comprehensive facilities management including compliance, vendor and relationship management along with delivery of services.

**Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy**:
Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the occupier and client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
Assist delivery of customer and property services across the portfolio including building inspections and reporting.
Assist with any duties from wider team.
Proactively contribute to the effective and efficient running of the portfolio, and share ideas for continuous improvement.
Management of vendors, coordinate facilities works as and when required.
Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies.
Proactive management and monitoring of Help Desk / service outputs.
Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence across the portfolio.

Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred.
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageous.
