**What this opportunity involves**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated facilities management professional, looking to work on JLL’s highly respected commercial portfolio.
This position maintains a focus on facilities management and compliance works across a portfolio of Prominent Commercial Buildings in Brisbane.
We are high performing, professional and passionate about our customers, continuing to stay one step ahead when it comes to innovation. So, we need you, a like-minded FM professional, who shares the same fundamental principles and values.
A snapshot of the role.
Partnering with the clients
Proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure all on site expectations are met and developing sound working relationships at all levels
Management of facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards
Risk management
Recommending continuous quality improvement initiatives
Ensuring the sites financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets
Budgeting and reporting as required
Contractor management
Maintenance/ preventative maintenance,
Asset planning, Capex, fit outs
You will have proven facilities management experience in a commercial environment and you’re ready to push your career forward managing a high-profile portfolio.
A sound understanding of sustainability is required and you have a good knowledge of property systems including familiarity with building services software procedures and knowledge of occupational health & safety legislation and requirements.
Excellent communication skills are important
- both written and spoken - and we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines.
