Bar Ombre/Salt Meats Cheese is an Italian restaurant chain in Circular Quay and is looking to expand our management team for our popular rooftop bar.

Salt Meats Cheese is an exciting and rapidly expanding company. We have several venues across the country with plans to expand further. We offer Italian food with a fresh, Aussie twist.

Job tasks and responsibilities

**Duties**:

- Assist in coordinating the venue operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Deliver services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Maintain staff training
- Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Control costs and cut waste
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Make staff rosters
- Place orders
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Be available to work on weekends.

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

- Fluent English is a must
- Preferably full working rights
- At least 3-years experience in a cocktail bar and 1-year experience management
- Only people with the appropriate experience and full-time availability need apply.
- Full-time work with a rotating roster but must be free on weekends.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
